Expert HPA Shipping Policy
All packages ship through the USPS.Insurance is required on all packages since Expert HPA will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. This allows us to hold the USPS accountable for any mishandling of our product and be sure to get you what you paid for.
If you are placing a large order that cannot be shipped in a flat rate box or that simply would be better shipped using Fed Ex or UPS ground please call to make arrangements. We will be happy to accommodate your order.
